Is Baylor a good medical school? Or should I choose Northwestern's Feinberg School of Medicine instead? I'm kinda stuck between the two.

I'd go with Baylor. They're a top 10 in primary care, which is great if that's where you want to go. Also, Baylor is one of the most selective med schools in Texas. Then again, Northwestern is also up there in rankings. Both are equal when it comes to opportunity and prestige, so now it's down to location and your personal preference.
