It's a colloid of plasma proteins, including albumin, transport proteins and antibodies. It's also a suspension of blood cells and platelets. Blood is a colloidal solution with partial behavior of a suspension! ... You cannot use a spoon of “colloids” and put it in somewhere.

Blood plasma is the straw coloured liquid part of blood which contains 90-92% of water and 6-8% proteins.
It acts as medium for blood cells .
It contains major three proteins fibrinogen, albumins and globulins which participate in functions such as clotting, osmotic balance maintenance and defence respectively.
It also helps in transporting nutrients which are usually result of digestion ( such as glucose, amino acids, mineral salts, vitamins, lipids, etc ) and hormones to the body cells.
