BURNING OF A PAPER IS A CHEMICAL CHANGE.

REASON:

WE KNOW THAT CHEMICAL CHANGES ARE THE CHANGES WHICH CAN'T BE REVERSED AND ALSO NEW SUBSTANCES WITH NEW PROPERTIES ARE FORMED.

SO,WHEN PAPER IS BURNT IT CANT BE REVERSED BACK SO ITS A CHEMICAL CHANGE.
