Is burning wood an example of sublimation?

no.when wood is burned, it reacts with oxygen present in atmosphere to form carbon dioxide gas. This is a chemical reaction while sublimation which is change of state from solid to gas is a physical change.

In simple, the burning wood is not an example of sublimation.
