Is calcium sulphate is soluble in water or not give answer in yes or no?

Calcium sulphate is formed by Calcium cation and sulphate Anion and has various forms which are white solids and are poor in solubility.

But Yes, Calcium sulphate is soluble in water.

Calcium Sulphate when contains no water of crystallization, it is called as Anhydrous Calcium sulphate.

But, when it acquires 2 molecules of water to become Calcium Sulphate bi hydrate, it is called as Gypsum which is a solid hard white substance.

When CaSO4 has 1/2 molecule of water it is called as Calcium Sulphate hemihydrate or Plaster of Paris.
