A quick way to calculate water pressure is use this rough rule 10 m (actuall its 10.28 but this is a rough rule) = 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI. 10 m = 1 atmo - 14.7, 20 m = 2 atmos = 29.4, etc,.... it is close enough to use in fresh water and salt water the difference is minimal. Keep in mind this provides you with a rough estimate.

As a diver breathing compressed air or other mix you don't feel the pressure at all, with some common and avoidable exceptions;

Mask squeeze -this happens when the pressure in you mask is not equalized and is lower than the pressure of the surrounding water. it is easy enough to fix, equalize by blowing air out of you nose (and into you mask.).

Pressure in you ears, actually in your eustachian tube, the small passage leading to the middle ear space located in the back of the throat, again equalize, pinch off you nose and try to blow through you nose to equalize. A reverse block may happen on ascent, again an equalization attempt (but moving the jaw side to side while swallowing may) usually fixes this but not always. If you are having sinus issues don't dive in the first place.
