Yes cancer can be cured at the 4 th stage by very less chance using chemotherapy in which chemical drugs are inserted into the body which kill the cancerous tumour by radiation . It the 4 th stage doctors may remove the part where the cancerous tumour is growing during surgery. Hope this helps
