Is casteless is possible and how

The future of India is for everyone. That future will be equally good for each of us. Everyone of us will need, doctors, lawyers. We will need more and more colleges or other means of skilling. Why does caste matter?
True we have policies that support the SCST. But thats only because we need to spend limited education seats. Why can't we create engineering opportunity for 300 million students if we can create 300 million high school students. True that's a challenge. But if coming out to challenge British and gain independence was a challenge, then supporting democracy is also a challenge. True democracy comes from education for all. Then you will need jobs, that will be the next challenge. Then you will need better jobs. Then you will need better education again. Challenges will keep coming. Caste will stop mattering then. Because you will forget its importance when you seek true development.
