Is cbse board correction 2019 done according to marking scheme or according to teacher's own interpretation?? please tell me quickly I am very tensed

No, there is a set marking scheme prepared by the CBSE. Teachers are allowed to be more flexible and have the freedom to add a few marks if they feel so, or be a little bit lenient. But, you can't expect that to help much for your marks. But if the value points as per CBSE marking scheme is absent, they may reduce the marks.
