No, CBSE can't reject answer sheet on the basis of only little mistakes in name.

No. CBSE won't reject your answer sheet if you made a bubble mistake in your name.
In CBSE exam, your roll number is the major source of your identity. Your roll number has a code for your school, class and name.
So, as long as you have written your roll number correctly, a bubble mistake in your name won't lead to your answer sheet getting rejected.
