Is Central Government also known as the Federal Government?
I have tried searching answers for it but it got me more confused. It all started from this question:
A government for the entire country is usually called:
A) Central Government
B) State Government
C) Federal Government
D) None Of The Above
Some say that Central Government is the government for the entire country but it is applicable only in unitary form of government and federal government is the government for the entire country in a federal country ( country following federalism).
It would mean a lot if you would give your own opinion if you didn't know the definite answer. THANK YOU!

Explanation:
No, CENTRAL GOVERMENT IS NOT KNOWN AS FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Central government is the government that is a controlling power over a unitary state. Another type of distinct but sovereign political entity is a federal government, which may have distinct powers at various levels of government, authorised or delegated to it by the federation and mutually agreed upon by each of the federated states. Though inappropriate, the adjective "central" is also sometimes used to describe the government of a federation.
A GOVERMENT FOR THE ENTIRE COUNTRY IS CENTRAL GOVERMENT
