There is Charlie because i took a candle and lighted it at 3:00 am in front of mirror and closed my eyes and said Charlie charlie then i saw it appearance in the mirror

No it is not real
I have done it but it doesnt work
I tried it in a dark and alone room with candles
if it moves also it is be because of our breath or because our brain
these challenges are fake
and if you believe in ouija board its also fake
