circumference = 2πr = 16.8+D = 16.8+2r = 2(8.4+r); πr=8.4+r; πr-r=8.4
therefore r(π-1) = 8.4 and r = 8.4/(π-1) = 8.4/2.14=3.93
Circumference of the circle is therefore 2πr = 2x3.14x3.93= 24.65
