Out of the 6 subjects I have, I personally hate chemistry. It is a lot about remembering facts that real life application.

In the start you shall be starting with chapters like Stoichimety, equilibrium and periodic classification which are more like revision of class 9 and 10 science and you are going to enjoy it.

Fast forward to 2 - 3 months and you shall start with Atomic structure and Bonding and this is where the fun ends. You shall be learning one theory after another only to learn that the end of the chapter and no successful theory have been worked out or even if it have been done that's beyond the scope of the books. So you get some reference books, but they too end with the same dialogue.

Coming to the question chemistry in class 11th comprises physical part the most which is fun one. Some chapters will try to make you cry like ionic equilibrium but practising will make you the happiest person on the planet.

In organic part , only basics are covered. You'll enjoy this too unless you don't lose your excitement till hydrocarbons.

For inorganic, understand basic trends and then follow rattafication rule ( you have to memorize it as badly as possible )

Nothing is tough, it's just how you take it. Don't panic just walk step by step and have patience.
