Neither good not bad in absolute sense. Depends which section of society are we referring to! Especially the class of the society.
Coalition government will tend to show its concern to its social base, the supporting mass. But, both types of government will ensure the interests the masters not hurt! Masters are those who hold the capital, the means of production and not the working class.
