For national defence academy u can study computer science. But is not so important.
Maths should be more well for that. And imagination power should be high to take decision urgent. And rest U can do.

Yes definitely you can apply for NDA after passing 12th with physics, chemistry and maths.
Computer science is not necessary for this examination.
