Is conflict needed everywhere? Is conflict a necessary thing in every action in the society?

Depends on what kind of conflict. Like presidential conflict, they have to go against eachother to see who can be president if so conflict is necessary. You can't just be like oh you wanna take president from me thats awesome i really hope you win.
