is coronavirus pandemic affecting our mental health?
Answers
Answer:
Mental health experts across the United States are raising concerns about the effect that COVID-19 pandemic could have on the population's mental health—both in the short- and long-term.
Top concerns include long-term isolation, trauma, job loss, limited access to supportive resources for people with mental illness and addiction, and the potential for increased rates of depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and suicide.
Experts also pointed out that there could be positive effects to the "new normal" if people rethink their priorities, find creative solutions to problems, and develop a deeper sense of empathy and altruism.

coronavirus and our mental health
from the start of year 2020 covid-19 and mental health these two words are most common that we have heard we all know about the covid-19 situation that is going on all over the world but beside this how peoples mental health is getting affected of every age group is our concern children's adults and old age everyone are getting involved in this environment that we are living in due to this pandemic
firstly let me discuss with the age group of children's / students in India we workship our schools because of the education that children are getting from basic to advanced level whether it is a studies is sports or any other activities .
binding them in their own home with Gadgets and online classes affecting their physical as well as mental growth .
same we have seen this in adults or the daily office going persons sitting in front of laptop computer continuously for 10 to 12 hours working extra shift hazardous effect on their health due to less physical activity and long shift hours
lastly for the old age group everyone is having more concerned because of the fact that is virus is strong and immunity is less they are restricted to step outside their small gatherings and meetups all has been stopped just to take care of them but they all are facing their mental issues in their own way .
now it's the time that we should get aware about mental health and come up with some solution we should accept this in a General way instead of creating a Taboo
