Some people may perceive culture to be a static phenomena because a culture of a country is based on its belief, ideology, religion and traditions. Obviously religions do not change overtime and people mostly have strong ideologies which is why many people would consider culture to be static. However, in my opinion cultural is dynamic in nature rather than a static phenomena. This is so because culture takes a look at many aspects of life. As technological advancements take place, globalization increases and so does cross cultural communication, we take into account new traits. We pick up traits from other cultures as well. This is also known as diffusion.
