vector quantity :- The quantity having both directions and magnitude is called vector quantity.

ex:- velocity , acceleration.

No current is not a vector quantity because it doesn't follow law of vector addition and subtraction.

no because maybe it has direction but direction doesnt depends upon the angle hence even if it has magnitude and direction it van not be considered as a vector quantity
