These are unicellular/ colonial/ multicellular/prokaryotic organisms without nuclear membrane, nucleolus, chromatin and histone proteins. e) Cyclosis is absent and the ribosomes are of 70S type. f) Cell wall is made up of peptidoglycan ( exceptions are Archaebacteria and Mycoplasmas).
