cytoplasm is neither eukaryote nor prokaryote it is a part of cell which consists of suspended small cytoplasmic organelles that is mitochondria ,Golgi bodies, endoplasmic reticulum etc it's a jelly like structure which allows the movement of materials between the cell organelles
