is dark colour on some people's skin is due to some disease...please tell me as much as u are concerned about this fact

dark colour is only due to Melanie content.
if the content is more in such area. we will have dark color. it's not about disease. if you get itching in that area then better to consult doctor.until unless no need to worry.
