Deportation is never wrong unless the citizen of subject is, well, a citizen. If the person or persons being deported (in this case, the Rohingya) it won't be wrong of the government. If the Rohingya is a legal citizen, and is being deportation, then it is violation of law (depending on the country; I'm answering off America's perspective). In the time we live today, many are afraid of Rohingya, so it can be an issue if they are viewed as terrorist (when, likely, they aren't).
