There is nothing as devil or ghosts in this world. The whole concept of devil and god are being created by humans. It is believed that there is god as a powerful positive energy saving us from negative and harmful energy of devils.
The word devil and god has no such existence. Once a person dies, he leaves behind every thing, so it is not possible for him to come back as a ghost to haunt.
But in terms of science , there are some good energy and bad energies which exist due to electromagnetic radiation. This is why a person has good or bad aura. But devil does not exist.
