1)it makes our life faster and easy
2)it provides employment facilities and the people who r unemployed will decrease
3) poverty will decrease as there will be employment
4)if the develop should happen all the people should be educated it means people will get educated as there is development
5)development leads to new ideas , new discoveries and hence we can get more updated or new goods or gadgets

1)for the development to takes place we need more area and more and more trees will be cut down which leads to deforestation
2)development is a process of rapid industrialization due to which there will be a lot of pollution
3)as there will be lot of pollution , there will be chances of global warming and green house effect
4)rapid development will cause advancement in technology which may bring robots to jobs hence people may lose their jobs
5)development may finally lead to destruction of earth because of pollution and all those factors
