Hi. No. The diagonals of a rhombus are not equal until all of its angles are of 90° each. Other properties of a rhombus are as below:

• Opposite sides are equal.
• Opposite angles are equal.
• Adjacent angles are supplementary, ie, their sum is 180°.
• All sides are equal.
