Is DNA a transferable?

Means if I sip from a bottle and then another someone sips from it, will he/she posess every ability I do???

no dna does not tranfer during sipping

DNA is transferable. But that is not the process. 
You will need very sophisticated techniques to transfer DNA. 
By sipping water from a bottle from which someone else has drank, there will not be any transfer his DNA to your DNA.
