Onomatopoeia is a kind of figure of speech use to highlight a kind of sound that is used in a particular  poem. This figure of speech contains all kinds of sound present in a line or stanza of a poem. So if barking of dog is in a line of a poem than perhaps it is onomatopoeia but if it is just a sentence then it can't be considered onomatopoeia. Hope it will really help you Choose brainliest if you like.......
