These both are different terms.
Ordinary ice is the normal ice that u can see daily.

But dry ice is the solid form of carbon Dioxide gas.

Dry ice and ordinary ice are chemically not same because dry ice is a solid CO2 whereas ordinary ice is a freezed water molecule(H2O).
