Is EARTH is a magnet ? How we prove it

The magnetic field is generated by electric currents due to the motion of convection currents of molten iron in the Earth's outer core driven by heat escaping from the core, a natural process called a geodynamo

No earth is not called magnet.
it generate magnetic fields because of the movements of core materials.It haven't any huge magnet inside it so we can't say it magnet

but can say Electromagnet.
