Is eating non veg is important to have protiens and for increasing immunity in a human body. If so then why?

Hey friend,

I dont think eating non veg is important to have proteins and for increasing immunity in our body. We just eat it for our pleasure!! we can get proteins in veg food also like sprouts, channa etc; WE SHOULD HAVE A PROPER DIET TO INCREASE IMMUNITY IN OUR BODY. A balanced diet!! and exercise will keep u healthy even green leafy vegetables give many proteins and nutrients.

Harsh982: pulses and green vegetables should be taken one time only a day .Milk should be taken two times a day and ghee is nrot so important because it could make a person fat and grams only on morning of little amount only.

No,eating non veg is not important to have proteins and to increase immunity in human body because the plants from which other animal get energy lots the 10% of energy and then humans ate it it also became less 10%from animal.So if we eat plants then we get
90% energy from it wheres eating on animals we get 80% from the total energy.
But it is also important to eat meat to balance the ecosystem.
