yes but i would prefer to say that both go hand in hand. they are intertwined. you cannot talk about education and leave out or ignore socialization and vice versa. in most cases, it is through education that we get to meet new people and end up socializing. also as you associate with others, you get to learn new things. so, i will conclude that both education and socialization go hand in hand.
