Neutral for me. The bad one is that there are children of so many types like one is a musician, dancer, singer, athlete and so on. But, they are are stuck in somthing which they don't want to do. I mean, education is important till 10th but why does the society judge some for being under graduate but highly skilled? The good one is that it helps us to meet so many people and tackle problems.
