Is electric generator and electric motor functioning coming in the exams??

For ssc boards the functioning of electric motor is favourite question of examiner but recently a question has been asked on electric generator too so to be on a safer side please do prepare for both and ask me doubts if u have

How can one say whether a question is going to appear in the exams or not?
Perhaps it is better to prepare well by reading generator and motor for the exam. They are not so difficult. The principle of Electromagnetic induction is the common principle between them.
Prepare well by drawing the diagram, knowing Faraday's law. After all, electric motors and generators are most important in a man's life .. are n't they ?
In the morning one needs water, water in the tank is pumped up by a motor. Throughout our life we use electric current. It is generated by a generator...
So it is good to know well about them.
