No, every rational number is not an integer. Integers are .....-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4.....etc but rational numbers include 1/3,-7/9,6/7 etc. So these are not integers.

A rational numbers include all the integer, plus all fractions, or terminating decimals and repeated decimals. Every rational number can be written as a fraction a/b,where a and b are integers. If a number is an integer, it must also a rational.
