All integers are rational, because they can be written inthe form where and are coprimeintegers (ie. they share nocommon prime factor). In thecase of integers, is the integeritself and is 1

No. Not every integer is a rational number, because integer means the collection of whole numbers and their negatives and it does not include numbers like 7/2 etc. But in the case of rational numbers, it has any number which can be represented in the form of p/q, where p and q are integers and q is not 0.
Ex - 82/3 is a rational number but not an integer.
