no it is not necessary because it can be very bad for teenage child. if any child use then it leads to that their mind diverted from studies. sometimes childrens make contact with persons which can misude of them. i also not use fb.

No Facebook is not necessary for every teenager .me too is a teenager but have no Facebook account. It distracts the mind of growing children
