ANSWER:

            Periodic motion is defined as when a body covers regular distance in a fixed period of time. The blades of a fan revolve in a circular motion and comes back into the initial position.

            Though the blade takes very less time to come back to its initial position after having a complete motion is very less, it is considered to be e a periodic motion.
