In any way, fast food isn't better. Even though if your life is fast paced, ast food affects the body in quite negative way. It doesn't provide sufficient nutrients which are required for the body. Over it, since your life paced, the energy consumption is larger. A healthy diet helps you to live efficiently and doesn't affect your chores in any way. On the other hand, fast food may affect you digestive system and cause severe problems. That might affect work seriously and bring upon stress. That means, there would be both physical as well as mental problems.
Owing current to various facts and figures, obesity is one of the main problems amongst Indians and the key reason to this problem is growing addiction to junk food.
So, no, fast food is never a good alternative. Try to eat as healthy as possible. Thanks!
