Is fifth point of the topic features of small enterprise correct?
Because according to me labour is organised in small enterprise.

According to me small scale industries employ about 5 times more employees than large scale industries. This is one of the major reasons why the govt is emphasising on the growth of small scale industries. Yeah that can be true that labourers are not organised as in large scale industries there is division and specialisation of Labour but the point that they do not form trade unions is in total contradiction with the concept of co-operative societies so I too do not quite agree well with the 5th point

yes the point is correct as they do not form Union for Strike
