Is fish sleep at night ,plzzzzz answers

The simple answer is Yes! They are sleeping and they can sleep at any time during the day or night. Fish do sleep with their eyes open, because they don't have eyelids, (except for some sharks) to close! Fish sleep is not exactly like human sleep, Though...

Yes, fishes do sleep just like us and any other multicellular organisms, whenever they feel like. No matter if it's day or night.

But we can't tell whether the fish is sleeping or not just by observing their eyes because fishes have transparent eyelids.
