Yes, Flying of a bird is an example of Newton's Third Law.

The third law of Newton is:-

For every reaction there is an equal and opposite reaction.

This can be explained as:-

When birds flicks their wings backwards, they pushes the air behind them which is the action force and as a vector resultant of two vectors the reaction force given by the air is in the forward direction which helps the bird to fly forward. This will becomes more clear from the above diagram.

According to paralellogram of vector addition, the resultant vector will be the diagonal of two vectors. And so, due to resultant reaction the bird flies forward.
