is for hair neutral or conductor?
I am asking in context to static electricity

hair are neutral but can be charged by induction
nicky1908: so while rubbing comb with hair .... hair acquires +ve charge and comb acquies -ve charge right?!
nicky1908: and if the charge density is high does the tendency to lose electron increases?
