Is forest no more safer for elephants to live why ?

Reasons can be deforestation. Elephants eat a lot food. They mainly feed of grasses,shrubs, trees,etc. Their appetite is quite big. Research says that if Elephants are allowed to graze continuously they can make our planet barren land within a year with not even a single tree left. Due to deforestation their appetite is not getting satisfied so they starve for food and some might die to due lack of trees that they feed on. So no proper diet they die and so due to tree cutting even forests are not safe for elephants. Also they lose their habitats. They don't have safe place to live since all their habitats are destroyed mercilessly. and they don't get space to roam in forest freely. Humans capture baby elephants for different purposes. Also they are used in ivory making illegally. Elephants are tortured and then their tusks are cut from those tusks ivories are made illegally and smuggled to different countries for money. All of these reasons can be the answer why forests are not safe for elephants now a days. I hope this helps you.
