Answer:

Hi according to my view friction is both the supporting and against the motion

Explanation:

supporting motion

we able to start driving the car due to friction between the road and tyre and we able to walk.

against motion

our tyre got rubbed on the road and become thin because of motion

machine part got rubbed.
