is getting 90 percentile in iit can get me a good college I am in general category​

If you get 90 % in IIT, then you will get AIR within 100 and  I gurantee you that.

But by seeing your english, I dont think you mean IIT, so for boards,  getting 90% is good and you can get moderate colleges.
