Abstract: The existence of ghosts has been and still is a problem of debate between the paranormal researchers and the specialists in the supernatural. Are then ghosts just illusions, or do they represent a less visible reality, in which human beings have always been involved? The present paper surveys some of the more famous cases of visitations from what are believed to be other worlds.
