Hello mate

Explanation:

Governance can be said to be the act of providing a rule bound order ncessary for organisation & growth .It involves creation of policies/laws & their enforcement. It is generally judged on the basis of results & minimum of standards & in concerned with authority & power .It normally involves others as means to some external ends with less focus on means used.

Good governance is a normative concept & involves the act of governing while keeping in mind several values like ,transparency ,accountability ,citizen centric & participatory - adminstration etc, conducive to inclusivity ,equity & sustainable development.

generally associated with state & is concerned with responsibility & legitimacy.

judged both on basis of ends & means

Ethical governance is an all embracing concept which is systematic & involves all living beings as actors & ends in themselves with certain absolute values like truth ,right action.

Theocratic governance can be said to be an attempt towards creating ethical governance .

Enforcement of ethical values is impossible in an unethical society & economy .So for ethical governance it will require creating a moral social order & contributors otherwise absolute rules are likely to be misused for repression & exploitation .

Although perfection is the goal it will always remain an ideal & at every step the greater good can be priroritised to keep moving forward.

In conclusion Governance can be likened to act of ruling , Good governance to the act of serving & ethical governance to letting DHARMA/Tao (righeousness) work by itself. When all act according to the right laws of the universe there will be no requirement of a ruler & no requirement of punishment & all will be equally responsible partners ,In line with Mahatma Gandhi’s concept of Swaraj.

Hope it will help you!!!
