Is gravitation an attractive or repulsive force? Does it exit at all places of universe?

Gravitation is an attractive force as it keeps the mass of every body attached to the ground
P.S. If it was a repulsive force we would be flying in the air..:)

gravitation is an attractive force no doubt fom our point of view.

it is does not exists in any other part except in earth...its also present in moon and some planet but rate is very low.

and it's not in universe,..
